Automakers donate $8 million for victims of China's quake

(Updated June 2) Automakers and their employees have pledged some $8 million in cash, vehicles and supplies in the wake of May 12's massive earthquake in Western China. The 8.0 magnitude quake killed at lest 69,019. Chinese officials add that more than five million people have been left homeless and 18,627 people remain missing. |
